RBdigital has recently been acquired by OverDrive and on September 24 all Southern Maryland libraries will be moving our digital ebooks and audiobooks from RBdigital to the Libby app as part of our OverDrive collection. You will continue to be able to browse, borrow and enjoy all the same great ebooks and audiobooks you loved in the RBdigital app, now available in Libby.
Transition from RBdigital
- Books currently checked out in the RBdigital app will be available through the remainder of the lending period.
- Holds in RBdigital will not automatically transfer to Libby. If you have holds, you will need to place them again in Libby.
- Wishlists in RBdigital will not automatically transfer to Libby.
- You may export your Transaction History and Wishlist from the RBdigital website by accessing My Account > Profiles>Export My Transaction History.
Magazines will continue to be available in RBdigital for a while longer.
